Josh Galper

Josh has been a member of Washington Hebrew Congregation for more than a decade and a half. In addition to serving as General Counsel on the WHC Board, he chairs the Board’s Governance Committee and serves as a member of its Executive Committee and Professional Development Committee. Josh has co-chaired a rabbinic search committee and has been active in WHC volunteer days and the youth civil rights trip.

Josh is a founding partner of the crisis management law firm Galper & Goldberg as well as Trident, the strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and risk advisory firm. He was previously general counsel and chief policy officer for a technology company and a partner at a global law firm where he co-led the public strategies and crisis management group.

Josh is a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School.
