  • This event has passed.

We are thrilled to welcome Jacob Spike Kraus as he joins our Shabbat@WHC band for an evening of fun-filled music.

Kraus’ music has been included in the cantorial curriculum of Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion and is featured by Jewish Rock Radio & PJ Library. Originally from Boston, Kraus has been song-leading for over a decade at synagogues, day schools, and summer camps. Now he spends his summers touring Jewish summer camps across North America – performing, teaching, and just being generally “camp-ful”.

We invite you to end your week and welcome Shabbat with us!

At 6:00 pm and again after the service: Have something to eat (to tide you over or as your dinner), a drink (we offer a full bar, plus non-alcoholic options), and connect with your community.

Kids are always welcome, and they’ll be able to eat before (and after) the service, play Connect 4, Jenga, and cornhole games, create at a coloring table, and do other arts & crafts activities.

Also at 6:00 pm this week: Join us for a Shot of Torah led by Rabbi Na’ama Dafni Kellen from Or Hadash in Haifa, Israel.

6:30 pm – Our Shabbat service begins.

After the service – Stay for dessert, or more dinner and drinks!

This week’s featured menu items include:
(GF – Gluten-free, V – Vegetarian, VG – Vegan)

Gazpacho (GF, VG)

Poached Salmon (GF)
