SEA Change is evolving from cohort learning to include social justice-related initiatives addressed through community organizing methods.

Join us Wednesday, November 2nd, 6:00 pm at Temple, where you’ll:

• Hear opportunities to learn organizing skills and get involved in social justice at WHC!
• Discover how you can participate in creating change, both internally at WHC and externally in the broader community.
• Learn about and get involved with WHC’s new Affinity Groups, the Greeter Program, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) programming.
• Help work with local Interfaith and community organizing groups on social justice issues such as Paid Family & Medical Leave and Affordable Housing & Childcare.
• Explore ways to take action against Gun Violence, Poverty, and Mental Health challenges.

The session is open to all members, as well as 2239 and other WHC-adjacent folks.

No online component this time, but we will offer an opportunity to meet with folks who can’t make the in-person meeting.
