As a member of Washington Hebrew Congregation, I understand that I am making a full-year financial commitment to support the congregation. By entering my electronic signature below, I hereby authorize Washington Hebrew Congregation to either charge my credit card or debit my bank account according to the schedule above. This authority shall remain in effect or until I give reasonable notification in writing to amend this authorization. Should my account incur additional charges during the fiscal year, I understand that my scheduled payment will increase.
