Biannual institutes will provide a foundation in key areas like adaptive leadership, communication, fostering diversity and equity, and innovation. Fellows will also benefit from:

  • Deepened Jewish knowledge: Opportunities for customized Jewish learning experiences.
  • Professional development funds: Financial resources to fuel career growth.
  • Exclusive network: Access to a vibrant community of like-minded peers.

This fellowship offers a unique opportunity for Fischel and her colleagues to hone their leadership skills, strengthen their Jewish scholarship, and build a lasting network of collaborators. The program’s impact will undoubtedly extend far beyond the three-year timeframe, shaping the future of North American Jewish communities.
