Sweet Beginnings Programs for 2’s

October 5–30

Morning Meetings

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am

Rise and shine with your teacher and friends! We will check in with each other and share our enthusiasm and curiosity at the beginning of a new day.

Morning Meeting sets the tone for the day (and week) through songs, stories, games, and conversations. Join us for a chance to engage with friends, explore new ideas and values,  share interests, and ask questions.

Being a part of a group allows your children to connect and build relationships with their peers in a virtual setting.

We may act out the story of the Three Little Pigs, practicing inhaling and exhaling to encourage speech development as we develop our comprehension and vocabulary.

Explore & Discover

Wednesdays at 10:30 am and Fridays at 9:30 am

Join us twice a week as we investigate our interests with focuses on language and literature development and pre-math skills and science concepts.

What does literacy look like for young children?

Early literacy starts at infancy! Children develop these skills through daily interactions and by experiencing the world that surrounds them. Singing songs, reading books, engaging in dialogues, and drawing are various ways to promote literacy.
