Eric has been a member of WHC since 1995 and has been actively engaged with the Temple throughout the past 30 years. For the past four years, Eric has served as WHC’s Board Treasurer and Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee. He also currently serves on the Investment, Professional Development, and Executive Committees. He first joined the WHC Board of Directors in 2021.

Eric is president and CEO of BBB National Programs, an independent, non-profit organization that oversees more than twenty national industry self-regulation programs. These programs provide third-party accountability and dispute resolution services that create a fairer playing field for businesses and a better consumer experience. Previously, Eric served as a senior corporate and legal executive assisting publicly traded and private companies with growth, transformational change, and weathering regulatory and public scrutiny. Eric earned a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Illinois. He currently serves on the CNBC CEO Council, the Forbes Nonprofit Council, is a fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and is Cosmos Club Audit Committee Chair. Eric previously served as chair of Lawyers Have Heart, benefiting the American Heart Association.
