David is a second-generation member of WHC, where he currently serves on the Israel Committee.

David graduated from the University of Virginia and recieved his law degree from American University, Washington College of Law. David is involved in pro bono advocacy, representing survivors of domestic violence and low-income D.C. residents facing debt collection challenges.

In the broader community, David has served as a Board Member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington and sits on its Israel Engagement Committee. He is also a member of UVA Hillel’s Strategic Planning and Endowment Committee.

David and his wife Pam raised their two daughters in Potomac, and at Washington Hebrew. He enjoys tennis and golf in his free time.
