Ari Baranoff

Ari has been a member of Washington Hebrew Congregation since 2015 and has served on the Building & Grounds and Security Committee for the past seven years. Ari earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from Hofstra University with majors in sociology and speech and is a graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School’s Executive Leadership Program.

Ari is the Managing Partner and Founder of BlueCoat, a cybersecurity and risk management consulting firm headquartered in Bethesda. He is a nationally recognized security expert who served 22 years in government, leading cybersecurity, investigative and physical security programs at the U.S. Secret Service.

Ari is excited to be joining the board of Washington Hebrew Congregation to give back to a community that he and his family value deeply.
