If you have questions or would like assistance creating your password, please contact the WHC office at 202-362-7100, or stop by either building during business hours — we’re happy to help. 

We are also planning to have a Member Portal Support Desk available on Friday nights before Shabbat@WHC, check your Life@WHC newsletter for dates.

We are rolling out invitations in batches to ensure everything is working the way we planned. We should have everyone’s account activated by the end of April.



If you have already received your email and completed the registration process

  • Go to the login page: https://whctemple.my.site.com/members/login
  • Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link
  • Enter your email address, and hit the “Send Reset Link” button
  • Follow the instructions in the email you receive and choose a new password
  • Return to the login page and enter your email and new password
