Andrea is a third-generation member of Washington Hebrew Congregation, following in the footsteps of her father and grandfather on the board. Currently, she serves as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee and on the Nomination Committee. She has also served on the Search Committee, as Co-Chair of the Rabbinic Installation, and as a Religious School Grade Representative.

Professionally, Andrea oversees strategic planning at Mid-Atlantic Builders, a custom and production homebuilder in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Previously, she served as CEO and Partner of two consulting firms that specialized in strengthening family-owned / family-operated businesses. In the wider community, Andrea is active in a number of philanthropic organizations, including FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education) and Children’s National Health System. She earned her Master of Business Administration at Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University.

Andrea and her husband, Mike, live in Bethesda and have three children, Ellie (9), Trey (6), and Claire (6), who all attend WHC’s Religious School.
