ETY

ETY (Elementary Temple Youth) offers a wide range of exciting, interactive programs for our 3rd and 4th graders.

Our ETY programs, which take place right after Sunday Religious School, bring our Temple and JBSC students together in fun and friendship.

ETY programs give our students a sense of comfort and independence at WHC as they begin to understand that this is their congregation too. Our students make friendships, create great memories, and have a blast being involved and being Jewish.

ETY is hosting five programs this year. Highlights include an Israel-themed afternoon, a special project with the Humane Society, and a paint your own pottery party before Passover. Stay tuned for more information!

Membership in ETY is only $18 and includes a T-shirt and a $5 discount on each event.

ETY Fall Festival

Our first ETY event of the year is FALLing right into place! Join your friends on Sunday, October 22 at 12:00 pm at Temple for a fun afternoon of “fall” themed activities. Whether you’re making a no-bake apple pie, participating in a scarecrow relay race or trying to stay upright in the giant inflatable “wrecking ball” game, it’s going to be a great day for everyone!

This event is $25 for ETY members and $30 for all others. MVP members should contact Ira Miller to sign up. If there is enough interest, we will provide a bus from the Juila Bindeman Suburban Center at the end of Religious School. All students will need to be picked up at Temple by 2:30 pm. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
