The Boomers

For WHC members born between 1946 and 1964, The Boomers is a social and cultural club designed to serve the interests of the Baby Boom generation.

WHC Boomers are married, single, partnered, divorced, and widowed. Some of us have children; some of us do not. What we have in common is an interest in meeting other Temple members to create a sense of community, experience new things, and have fun. Join us for terrific activities throughout the year, including biking brunches, dinners, dances, movies, celebrations, and more!

Date: Sunday, February 23, 2020
Time: 5:00 pm
Location: JBSC
Cost: $23 per person (cost includes snacks, movie, dinner, and, of course, popcorn!)

Online registration is now closed. If you would like to attend this event, please contact Beth Donaldson

More about the movie:

When Do We Eat? is the story of the "world's fastest Passover Seder" gone horribly awry. It's about an old school dad who's as tough on his sons as his father is on him. On this night, however, one of the boys slips Dad a dose of special, hallucinogenic Ecstasy in order "to give him a new perspective." Meanwhile, Mom brings a handsome stranger to dinner and the kids take sides. By the end of the night, however, Dad's visions turn him into a modern-day Moses intent on leading this hungry group to the promised land of family forgiveness. Of course, they're all so stubborn, it would be easier to part the Red Sea. Written by THINKFilm
