Brotherhood

Through WHC’s Brotherhood, Jewish men of all ages can develop lasting friendships, grow spiritually and intellectually, network, and volunteer.

One of our special volunteer projects, the Interreligious Council’s annual Thanksgiving meal, makes a meaningful difference for those who might otherwise celebrate the holiday alone.

Brotherhood Softball

We look forward to the softball season every year. WHC Brotherhood fields two teams in the Suburban Maryland Synagogue Softball League: the Washington Hebrew Nationals (six-time champions!) and the newer Washington He’Brews.

We are always looking for new players and welcome men ages 18 and over who are interested in playing doubleheaders on Sundays from 9:00 – 11:30 am. The season begins in April and runs through early July. We play on fields in Montgomery County, and everyone gets a turn at bat and in the field. Interested? Contact Dan Topf, 917-327-1358.

Join us to make a difference.
