Let all who are hungry come and eat! The Foods of Freedom is more than a cooking class. In these four weeks leading up to Passover, our course will explore the spiritual origins of the foods that have symbolized Jewish freedom for millennia: matzah, charoset, maror, and wine. We will learn together, cook together, and eat together too. We will end the series with a kosher wine tasting led by Brett Drucker, a local sommelier who specializes in hekshered wine.
*The price of this class has been adjusted to include cooking materials and our sommelier experience.
Led by Rabbi Eliana Fischel
