The DC Health “Faith in Vaccine Initiative” is organized by DC Health/Mary’s Center in partnership with FiveMedicine to provide COVID-19 vaccinations in the District of Columbia via a collaboration with faith-based organizations. Washington Hebrew is delighted to serve as a site for one of its pop-up vaccination clinics. Held in the Temple parking lot, the clinic will offer Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine and bivalent for people ages 12+ and the pediatric bivalent for children ages 5-11.
Do people have to pre-register, or is it walk-in only? You can pre-register by clicking here (scroll down and select Washington Hebrew Congregation). This is open to the community, and walk-ins are always welcome!
Is there a fee? No.
What should people bring with them? A valid form of ID and a previous vaccination card if they would like their new vaccine information updated on a previous card. They will also have vaccination cards in the event that someone needs a new one.
