Children and caregivers connect and grow through interactive play, movement, songs, and games! Little ones explore emotions, practice sharing, develop empathy skills, build frustration tolerance, and cultivate resilience. Caregivers learn strategies for connection and co-regulation with their little ones, fostering a strong bond and supportive environment for social-emotional learning while creating cherished memories and building essential skills together!

This class is open to children under 24 months, accompanied by an adult caregiver. Led by Rachel Siegel, an Early Childhood Development Specialist from Growing Minds Therapy, and in partnership with WHC’s Early Childhood Center.

This program will be offered at our ECC in Potomac, Maryland on the following dates:

April 22, April 29, May 6, May 13, May 20, and May 27.
