Join Stephanie Tankel, WHC’s Director of Lifelong Learning, and Shelby Asher Muhammedi, founder of Family Hero Books, for an evening of memory, creativity and action. We will explore the power of family lore, looking specifically at our own family heroes — living and deceased. How can we capture their impact, and gift their stories to the next generations? How do the stories of our family build resilience and strength for our children? What does Judaism tell us about family stories and their power and impact?

This event is for anyone with a love of family and storytelling. Together, we will share stories, and consider the most meaningful ways to keep them going for generations to come!
