A stolen masterpiece, an underdog lawyer, and a woman who refuses to lose!

Join the Besters for a free film screening of “Woman in Gold,” an extraordinary true story of one woman’s fight to reclaim what the Nazis stole from her family — and to confront a nation that refused to give it back.

Sixty years after escaping Nazi-occupied Vienna, Maria Altmann (Helen Mirren) discovers a way to recover Gustav Klimt’s magnificent Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer I, the beloved portrait of her aunt and a masterpiece that Austria considers its national treasure. With the help of a young lawyer, Randy Schoenberg (Ryan Reynolds), Maria takes on the Austrian government in a stunning legal battle that reaches the U.S. Supreme Court. Part personal journey, part courtroom drama, and entirely unforgettable, “Woman in Gold” is a gripping story of loss, courage, and the determination to set history right.
