Your wellness and well-being are the focus of this unique Shabbaton that features a keynote given by Rabbi Richard Address, the founder and director of Jewish Sacred Aging.

Adults and teens are invited to spend a day with us, and explore a wide range of workshops and mindfulness activities to help you reclaim the balance and flow in your life.

Location: WHC's Julia Bindeman Suburban Center
Cost: $25 for WHC members; $36 for non-members
