WHC is currently not accepting B'nei Mitzvah Celebration requests via this form.

If you received the link to this form recently and are planning to request facility use for a future celebration, please note that we must give priority to those who completed the form before the deadline.  After those families receive their approvals/information (usually by the end of July), we can then accept new requests via email or phone call.
