WHC B'nei Mitzvah Celebration Facility Request Form

We ask that all b'nei mitzvah families complete this form below. This is your opportunity to request facility space at either of WHC's buildings (Temple or JBSC) for your celebration.

If you are not interested in requesting WHC facilities, please fill out the top section of the form only, select that you are not interested in facility usage, and click submit.

This form is not binding - it is primarily to express interest in having a celebration at our facilities.

The deadline to complete this form is June 30.  After submitting this form, you will automatically receive an email to the address provided below confirming receipt. WHC staff will make all determinations and respond to you no later than July 31.

Submission of this form does not guarantee the availability of the facility requested. Every effort will be made to accommodate the requests of all families to the best of the Temple’s ability.

Please make sure to view our "Host Your Event" webpage in helping to determine your facility requests.  Please note that the fees included on the Facilities Guide are for events taking place for the current calendar year, and events in future calendar years should expect a slight increase.

Use the information on this document to fill out the information below with your request(s).  If you do not see the type of event you would like to request here, make sure your answers in the previous section are accurate to your child's service, as some events are only available for certain services.


If for any reason the room you would like to request is not available, you will be offered a different room and will be charged the fee for the room assigned.
