We are happy to share recent simchas and celebrations from our WHC members.
Ilene West Gordon and Thomas Gordon announced the engagement of their son, Andrew Lee Gordon, to Nora Lee Bloom. Andrew is the grandson of Temple members Phyllis & Ron West and Barbara “Bobby” Gordon.
Nina Kraut celebrated the marriage of her son, Nicholas Kraut, to Alexis Olson.
Tracy & Bruce Ochsman, announced the engagement of their daughter, Paris Magaziner, to Benjamin Blumenthal.
WHC’s librarian, Ellen Share, has been elected Vice President, Synagogue, School, and Center Division of the Association of Jewish Libraries for the 2018-2020 term. Ellen presented a paper at the Association’s 53rd annual conference in June titled, “Their Love of Children: Ezra Jack Keats, H.A. & Margaret Rey, and Maurice Bernard Sendak.”
