Your WHC, All in One Place

Imagine updating your contact information once — and knowing it’s reflected everywhere. Registering for Mondays@Macomb, Religious School, and the ECC all from the same screen. Checking your giving history or paying an invoice at 10:00 pm, without a phone call or a waiting period. Soon, all of that will be possible through the new WHC Member Portal.

• The Member Portal is Washington Hebrew Congregation’s new secure, personalized online home — designed with you in mind. Whether you’re a longtime congregant or newer to Temple life, the portal brings the most common tasks of membership together in one easy-to-use place.
• Here’s just some of what you’ll be able to do:
• Update your household contact information — and have it carry over automatically to registrations and forms.
• View invoices and your full payment and giving history, whenever it’s convenient for you.
• Make a donation directly through the portal.
• Browse the new WHC member directory to connect with fellow congregants — with full control over what information you share.
• COMING SOON: Register and pay for WHC events, programs, and Religious School, with your details pre-filled so sign-ups take seconds.

Your privacy and security are paramount. You control what appears in the directory, and your financial information is protected using industry-standard security practices. If anything ever feels unclear, WHC staff is available by phone, email, and in person — and help sessions will be offered throughout the spring.

We are rolling the platform out slowly to ensure a smooth transition, and expect all members to receive their invitation to register by the time membership renewal comes around. If all this technology sounds intimidating, don’t worry, we’ll have many resources available to help you navigate the process, including step-by-step videos, how-to documents, and a Portal Help Desk before some Shabbat@WHC services.
