:: Prime Timers

Prime Timers, Who are they? Senior in age perhaps, but youthful in thoughts, spirits, and energy. They are part of the “greatest generation.” They are dedicated to their Temple and serve on committees and programs that benefit the entire community.

Prime Timers events include monthly movies and luncheons with wonderful programs. Some times the program is a well known speaker and, after the presentation, our members engage in a question and answer period. Many of our members attend the Wednesday morning study group led by our Rabbis and Cantors. There are always questions asked and answered on the current subject.

The Prime Timers are members of Washington Hebrew Congregation and their friends. Dues for WHC members are $10 per person, and for non-members $15. Luncheons for all are $10. Activities outside the Temple are open to all members.

Outside activities are trips to our galleries, cruising the Potomac or Chesapeake Bay, Dinner Theaters or visiting our National Monuments.

I hope that all you seniors who are not yet members of Prime Timers will join with us and your friends are also welcome to become members.
