Supporting Interfaith Couples and
Their Families
The Outreach Committee hosts events designed to
support and welcome WHC’s many interfaith couples and families. Our
members share the specific challenges and rich rewards associated
with creating a Jewish household with a non-Jewish spouse.
Our signature course – The Mother’s Circle – is
designed for non-Jewish women raising Jewish children. An
eight-month, bi-weekly educational course developed by the Jewish
Outreach Institute, this program is a great opportunity to discover
and learn about Judaism. More than just a class, The Mother’s Circle
offers a small group setting for women to support one another as
they discover how to enrich their family’s Jewish experiences and
deepen their connection to Judaism. Tuition is free and childcare is
available.
The Outreach Committee would love to hear
from you. Please email Pam Bass at
mommybass@aol.com
if you would like to be added to our mailing list. Please
let us know if you have any questions, comments or program
suggestions.
