Holiday Cooking Classes

Kick your culinary skills and holiday menus up a notch and go “Into the (Holiday) Kitchen with L’Academie de Cuisine.”

WHC and L’Academie de Cuisine are partnering to offer three exclusive holiday cooking classes in L’Academie’s professional kitchens.


The cost is $95 per class. Sign up for one or all three! Enrollment is limited and open to adults (21 and over only) on a first-come, first-served basis.

All classes will be held at L'Academie de Cuisine, 5021 Wilson Lane, Bethesda, Maryland 20814

Class 1: The High Holy Days

Wednesday, September 6, 6:30 - 9:30 pm

Roasted Carrot and Ginger Soup with Mascarpone
Quinoa Arugula Salad with Roasted Pears, Feta, Pumpkin Seeds, and Cider Vinaigrette
Seasonal Fish en Papillote, Provençal-Style
